Subtavia is a subcontractor document tracking and notification service. It does not provide legal advice, interpret insurance policies, certify coverage, determine legal qualification, independently validate documents, or guarantee permission to enter a worksite.
You define your requirements and remain responsible for verifying document authenticity, sufficiency, and applicability. Readiness indicators reflect your recorded requirements and verification decisions only.
Accounts: you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Subscriptions renew as described on the pricing page until canceled. Acceptable use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Liability, governing law, and dispute terms are to be completed at owner/legal review before publication.
